	The salon first opened in March 1998 at which time it was part of a South West London Franchise. Spencer joined in April 1999 as Business Development Manager to the salon. September 1999 saw Spencer and Adrienne, (business partners and colleagues since 1997), buy in to the franchise with a silent partner, previous owner of the salon. The three partners re-fitted the salon in January 2000 and then again in October 2002, before buying out from the franchise in July 2003. In November 2006, after 7 years as business partners, Spencer bought out his business partner Adrienne, as she decided to spend more time with her family and new born baby - we wish her all the best. The name above the door 'i.d.', is the start of a salon that is now independent, individual and brands a new identity - watch this space!!

Spencer - Managing Director - Hairdressing since 1988 and managing businesses since 1992, Spencer has worked all over London and the West End in hairdressing and retail environments.

Heading up the finance side of the business, Spencer is still actively hairdressing within the salon and specialises in men's hair, always welcoming new clients.

Patricia - Creative Director- has been hairdressing and working as part of the team since 1998. If you want the honest truth about what hairstyle will suit you, book your next hair appointment with Patricia!

Erica - Senior Stylist - enjoys both cutting and colouring and loves making people look and feel better. Friendly and easy-going, Erica is a good all round hairdresser with a mixed client base.

Tee - Creative Director and a Salon Supervisor - has been hairdressing for over 13 years, Tee's proficiency is evident in the styles he creates. He loves his clients to look different and helps clients to have styles that are low maintenance for their busy lifestyles. A consultation with Tee will always result in a new look that clients are happy with, both in the salon and at home.

Justine - Stylist and a Salon Supervisor - Hairdressing for over 6 years. Justine enjoys working as a stylist at i.d. She enjoys cutting and particularly likes colouring and learning new techniques.

Andrea (left) and Natasha (right) are our full time assistants who are training to be qualified Hair stylists through our NVQ training scheme which is operated through our salon and a private college based in the West End. The training lasts between 2-3 years and by the end of this they will be competent in cutting, colouring, perming and additional hairdressing services operated within our salon

Bozena - Senior Stylist - is always keeping up-to-date with fashion and new trends in hairdressing. Bozena loves what she does and uses cut and colour to achieve the latest looks for her clients.
